As Bob and I approached the terminus of the American River Parkway at Discovery Park, we travelled through the area of the Homeless Encampment. Off on the side of the bike trail, I spied an abandoned shopping cart. It’s “owner” was obviously busy under the nearby trees sleeping it off (or some other homeless activity). What a lucky find!
